Shipping Policy

Processing time is between 2-5 business days.
Shipping is dependent upon the rate that you select at checkout. This includes USPS First Class Package (3-5 Business Days) USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days) and USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 Business Days).  International orders are 7-10 business days depending on location. Please understand that shipping time does not include processing time. If an item is on pre-order it will not ship until the item is ready no matter what rate you select. All orders are subject to delays with shipment and processing.

Bad Gal Luxe is not liable for stolen or lost packages.
However we will assist you in the process of filing a lost package claim with USPS. Before filing a claim please check with neighbors and others in your household.

Bad Gal Luxe is not  responsible for products that are damaged during shipping. All items are thoroughly checked before shipment. If the wrong item is sent , we will either replace or refund. Inn the rare case there is a product quality issue we will replace or refund. We will need photo evidence of the issue submitted to us via email. Evidence must be sent within 48 hours of receiving the package. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you entered the wrong address and your package is returned, you will be responsible for re shipment fees and will be sent an invoice for reshipment fees. If you no longer wish to receive the items your order will be refunded. Please verify the correct address when placing the order. If you notice that you have entered the wrong shipment address please contact us ASAP.

Orders are typically shipped on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
